Chocolate Raspberry Valentine’s Cocktail

Indulgence. Absolute decadence. Exquisite. This is how I rate our Valentine’s Day Cocktail. While searching online for something tantalizing, I came across this luscious libation which is a harmonious blend of rich, velvety chocolate and the tart sweetness of ripe raspberries – and I had to share. As you sip on this enchanting concoction, the smooth chocolate notes will do a Valentine’s happy dance with the vibrant burst of raspberry, creating a perfect balance that captures the essence of romance in every sip.

For the Syrup

Mix over medium heat the raspberries and sugar to make a simple syrup. Once you remove from the heat, strain the seeds. Set aside to cool. Once cooled, add the liqueur.

Chill the glasses in the freezer for at least 5 minutes. Coat the edge of the glass with white chocolate liqueur. Dip into either pink, red, or white crystals or a combination of all three. Combine the half-and-half, white chocolate liqueur, vodka, and raspberry syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until ice cold. Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
