The vibrant color was the first thing that caught my eye in this now-viral Instagram video—a stunning shade of pink that felt unexpectedly perfect for Christmas. Intrigued, we decided to feature the drink at the Unconditionally Her holiday party, and it quickly became the crowd favorite.

With a grateful nod to Drinks with Danica, we are delighted to name this festive creation our magazine’s Drink of the Year. It’s bold, beautiful, and absolutely unforgettable.

Christmas Lemon Drop

INGREDIENTS:

2 oz vodka 

1 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed

3/4 oz cranberry juice 

1/2 oz simple syrup 

METHOD:

Dip the rim of a martini or coupe glass into simple syrup, then firmly press onto a plate covered with sugar. Place glass in the freezer to set. 

Add vodka, lemon juice, cranberry juice and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Add ice, then shake until chilled.
