- 12 oz fresh cranberries
- 2 medium Granny Smith apples peeled quartered and cord
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 2 tsp Grand Marnier
- Finely chop cranberries in a food processor. Remove to a large bowl. Chop apples in a food processor and add to cranberries. Stir in sugar, marmalade lemon juice, and Grand Marnier. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight. Good for 4 to 6 weeks.
