Today the kitchen is filled with love, laughter, and a little candy magic as Sandy and Caroline whip up the perfect sweet-and-salty Valentine’s treat: Valentine’s Day Pretzel Bites. These tiny treats are easy to make, fun to decorate, and made even sweeter when shared with someone you love. So grab your pretzels, melt some candies, and let’s sprinkle a little Valentine’s joy into the kitchen!

Valentine’s Day Pretzel Bites

Ingredients:

• 36 small pretzels (such as Snaps)
• 36 chocolate melting disks (red, pink and white)
• 36 M&M’s (preferrably Valentine’s Day colors – or any cake top decorations or sprinkes that will fit on the pretzels)

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F. Arrange the pretzels right-side up on a baking sheet, then place one chocolate melting disk on top of each pretzel. Carefully put the pan in the oven for about 2 minutes—just long enough for the candy to soften (not fully melt). Remove the baking sheet and carefully press one M&M or any decor you like into the center of each candy disk. Once finished, place the tray in the fridge to allow the candy to set completely. After they’ve hardened, store the pretzel bites in an airtight container until you’re ready to enjoy or share as a sweet Valentine’s gift.
