Easy End of Summer Crab Salad

1 pound imitation crab meat
1/4 cup finely chopped sweet onion 
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 c sour cream
1/4cup celery, minced
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dill
½ teaspoon parsley
1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
Juice of ½ lemon


In a large bowl combine all the ingredients together gently, stirring until well coated.  Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving, but for the best flavor, give it overnight in your refrigerator.  Serve with your favorite crackers.
