From This, To That, To You

Sometimes it’s hard to look at “this” to find “that”. For those who do, it’s a blessing and a positive challenge that ultimately inspires. But, when the talented Denise Sissom added the “to you” to the title, it changed her emotional health and added more inspiration to show kindness and gratitude to those around her. Years ago, Denise discovered her passion for repurposing simple things around the house into things we can enjoy every day. Whether it’s crafting that perfect table for entertaining, repurposing outdoor items, or updating the holiday decorations, Denise finds balance and beauty with the small, everyday treasures around the house, using the things you already have and giving them new life. With these new treasures, she’s spreading kindness and love by sharing the stories of the people and the reason behind the “to you”. Denise has two grown children, Bryant and Victoria, and lives in the tiny, treasured town of Clinton, Tennessee, with her husband David and her beloved dog, Heidi Sue.
