Simple, spicy, and truly healthy, this delish weeknight recipe or party meal will be a favorite of everyone.  Whether you spice it up or tone it down, layering the flavors is the ticket, so create as you wish!

 

Spicy Fish Tacos

 

3 Tilapia Filets
Fresh chopped tomatoes
Chopped lettuce
Sharp shredded cheese
sliced avocados
guacamole
lemons
*Spicy cool cream
Corn tortilla

Directions

 

Add a drizzle of good olive oil and a pat of butter to a pan and get it nice and hot.  Add a generous amount of salt/pepper/cayenne pepper to the fish prior to the fish hitting the pan.  Brown both sides of the tilapia (appx 3 minutes on each side).  Take out and place in a dish. Squeeze the lemon on top of the fish after placing in a dish.

 

Heat the corn tortillas in the microwave for about 10 seconds. Begin to layer and assemble your taco with all the yummies.  Top with the cool sour cream and serve with one of Unconditionally Her’s Lime Coconut Margaritas.

*1/2 c Sour Cream
1/2 c greek yogurt
1/2 t hot sauce
1/8 c chopped green onions
1/8 c chopped tomatoes
