Game night and bar bites go together like milk and cookies—a classic pairing that brings people together. Thinking back to my childhood, I remember my mother hosting bridge parties, her laughter echoing through the house as friends gathered around the card table. One appetizer in particular always stood out. It was simple—just three ingredients—but packed with bold flavor.

Back then, it was a little too spicy for my young palate. But over time, as I grew older and began hosting my own game nights, I found myself craving that same familiar kick. It’s funny how food can carry memories, and now, every time I serve this dish, it feels like a small tribute to those bridge party days. A little taste of tradition, passed from one generation of game lovers to the next.
