Today, we introduce this new column with our little two-year-old cutie and her wonderful “Grammy” as they take on Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Brownies.  Let’s get a little messy while we count the eggs and enjoy the beauty of family as Sandy and Caroline talk about all kinds of chocolate in “Cooking with Grammy”.

Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Brownies

1 box Ghirardelli Brownie Mix
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
2 large eggs (the box actually says one, but Grammy made it “two” for counting purposes)

Set your oven to preheat to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Using cooking spray or butter, grease a 9×9 inch baking dish. Empty the contents of the baking mix into a large mixing bowl. Add in the wet ingredients. Using a whisk or hand mixer, stir until the ingredients are well blended.  Pour the prepared batter into the greased baking dish.

Bake at 325 for 35-40 minutes.

Give your kids/grandkids and hug and dive into some chocolate fun!
